Personnel Recruitment and Selection
At Recordati, the recruitment process starts with a review of unsolicited applications. You will receive confirmation that your CV has been added to our database. We kindly ask you to update it regularly, so that we have the most current information on your academic and professional background (read Privacy Disclosure).
If you are interested in applying for a job in Milan or Campoverde, or in one of our subsidiaries, submit your application, identifying your area of interest, to:
Other channels for recruitment are professional social networks, headhunting firms, universities and business schools.
The recruitment of potential candidates starts with an interview aimed at evaluating whether your professional skills and personal attitude are compatible with Recordati’s culture and values.
If you are a young graduate, you will be invited to attend our Assessment Center. By engaging you in tasks, activities and scenarios that mimic real work situations, the interviewers will get an understanding of your skills and their suitability for the position.
If you are a young or experienced professional, you will go through an initial interview where both your professional path and your current career goals will be discussed.
You will also be tested on your knowledge of English, which is an important requisite for many of our job positions.
In both cases, the final step will be the interview with your future manager. This time, the focus will be on the technical skills developed throughout your past experiences. You will get a clearer picture of all the necessary requirements of the position and working environment and you will be able to determine if the position is compatible with your skills and expectations.
At the end of the selection process, each candidate will receive feedback on the result, whether successful or not, directly from the HR Department.
All the data that are voluntarily provided by the candidates will be processed exclusively for the purposes of hiring and evaluating personnel.
Your data may be communicated and processed by Recordati Group companies based inside or outside Italy or to third parties that, in Italy or outside Italy, provide specific services or perform activities that are in support of the procedures and purposes for which you provided your data.
