Personnel Recruitment and Selection
Personnel recruitment and selection is conducted by the Human
Resources Department on the basis of direct applications and
contacts with universities and technical schools for graduate and
undergraduate recruitment. For specific positions, candidates are
recruited through classified ads in the press and on the Internet,
or the services of head-hunting firms.
All applications received will be evaluated and stored in an
internal data base. We advise all candidates to update their
curriculum vitae annually.
Selection essentially relies on the use of one-to-one interviews
– both personality-oriented and of technical nature –
designed to identify the personal, motivational and professional
features that respond to the Company’s needs.
All interviewed candidates will receive feedback directly from
the Company.
